Every new page is live free for 14 days. To keep it live after that, pay UGX 79,999 for each year of hosting.
Pay the Voxen MoMoPay merchant code shown in your dashboard with MTN MoMo, then enter the transaction ID and the phone number you paid from. Your page stays live while we check the payment against our merchant statement, usually within 3 days. If we can't find a payment matching the transaction ID, the claim is rejected and your page is paused until a valid payment is made. Entering a transaction ID for a payment you didn't make can lead to your account being closed.
A page that isn't paid for is paused, not deleted. Visitors see that it's paused, and it goes live again when a payment is confirmed. We may remove pages that stay paused for more than a year.
The one-off code purchase (UGX 200,000) lets you install Voxen on domains you own or manage for your own clients. It also keeps your voxen.store page live with no yearly fee, as a backup link, for as long as voxen.store runs. You may not resell or share the code itself. Because the code can be downloaded as soon as payment is confirmed, this purchase isn't refundable. It's provided as-is, and hosting it is your responsibility.
You're responsible for what you put on your page. Pages that impersonate someone, break the law, or link to scams or malware will be suspended without refund.
